a. Dumri Coal Block

Dumri Coal Block has been awarded to us by the Government of India to meet our requirements of coal in our DRI units. The coal block is located about 300 kms away from our unit. We plan to start its operations to raise coal for captive use in the current fiscal.

b. Coal Washery at Dumri, Jharkhand

NIPL will set up a Coal Washery to improve the quality of coal which will be raised from our coal block at Dumri. The capacity of the Coal Washery will be 10,00,000 tonnes per annum.
